Bermuda marketing

COMPANY BACKGROUND

We are a Tampere based marketing company with highly B2B oriented client base, especially in industry and technology. Some are internationally settled brands with heavy marketing material volumes, some are startups wanting to get to international markets. We have been building brands of both ends of the scale.

We are looking to build our own service (and brand) towards helping our clients thrive in international fields. Or own Bermuda triangle consist of Marketing, Sales and Service. Marketing is our main task, but it should be heavily integrated to sales. And the same story (tone of voice, look & feel) should be present in all the contact points to their clients. Thus, also service (for us especially in digital channels) is in our focus.

 

THE CHALLENGE

What we do and know is one thing but getting to international markets is so much more. Knowing the local contacts, culture, laws and so on. We don’t want to do everything ourselves, but we want to build a working contact network to build our credibility and widen our potential.

Our main challenge is to clarify what are the key factors to help our clients go international. If we want to provide all the help needed, what are our own tasks, where do we need help and who are these other resources to help us.

Our main targets markets are USA and Asia.

COMPANY BACKGROUND

Osaamisbotti is developing a conversational AI based platform which can be tailored for various purposes like recruitment services, skills screening, career coaching and mentoring. The platform offers unique value in automating pre-screening of information through conversational AI, 24/7 availability through the most common messaging channels, personalized and research based language. Additionally, the platform offers a wide range of tools for communication, target setting and activities tracking.

 

THE CHALLENGE

Our customers are both private coaching companies and public services. In Finland we already have a customer base and its growing nicely. We are now looking for ways to expend abroad with a focus mainly on European countries such as Germany, France, Spain and others. For this we would need deeper understanding of the career coaching landscape and regulations in each country to be able to fit our service to each market's needs.

VIRTUALTRAVELLER

COMPANY BACKGROUND

VirtualTraveller is a platform for 360 travel and experience videos. We are rewarding travellers by turning views of their videos into flying points from Finnair. 


The company was founded in 2016 but the website is basic right now. You can upload a video and view videos. We plan to launch our service just before Slush with the reward system and social features.

 

THE CHALLENGE

We are looking for ways to grow our User base of Travellers who upload videos, Virtualtravellers who view our videos, and of course the paying customer, advertisers.


Our main targets markets are Europe and Asia.

COMPANY BACKGROUND

Parting from extensive reaseach, Memocate has developed a training service for both formal and informal caregivers of people with dementia. The training follows blended learning format combining eLearning and class-room learning. 

Our online training platform provides operational models for challenging interaction situations in care as well as giving caregivers the opportunity to process the emotional difficulties that often come with the work. 

 

THE CHALLENGE

The goal of the project is to gather up information of what is happening in dementia care in sub-Saharan Africa and to find ways for Memocate to collaborate with intergovernmental NGOs and local governments to raise awareness and develop the skills of both informal and formal caregivers.

Creating Customer Contacts Worldwide for Kuilu Marine

Kuilu Elevators Oy is a Finnish elevator company founded in November 2018. Kuilu works with the maintenance, modernization and customer education in the field of elevators. At the same time, we are kicking off the marketing in Finland, we want to go global. In global markets we want to trend towards marine business (elevators in cruise ships).

 

THE CHALLENGE

We are starting to create Marine business abroad (Germany, USA, Bahamas, Italy, Greece) and our challenge is to find the decision-making people and effective way to contact them. We are also wanting to find out the key elements that our soon-to-be customers are interested in our services and the progress of their procurement process.

Portaali is a VR Arcade based in Tampere, founded in 2017. After almost two years of running an Arcade, we have deep knowledge of what sort of content works in Arcades. We’ve now been developing our own game that has been designed specifically for Arcades and are almost ready to launch a demo via two content distributors. 

 

THE CHALLENGE

We are releasing a demo of our game that is aimed for VR Arcades in Europe and US. We already have two major distributors, but to become a household name, we would need an extensive market analysis of the VR Arcade field.

TALENTS

We are looking for someone with skills and abilities to gather data of a highly fractured market. There are probably thousands of small companies and more are popping up monthly in Europe and US. These smaller Arcades form the core of our customer base.

eligo.live is a Tampere-based company with extensive expertise in the domain of AR-solutions. eligo.live is a new venture into the consumer world, from a group of experts with plenty of experience in the B2B world. Our aim is to bring merchandising and fan experiences to the digital age.

 

THE CHALLENGE

eligo.live is ready for use and we are currently looking for our position in the market. We see a lot of potential and we also realize that the market for our product is much larger than Finland or the Nordics alone. We need to identify the key aspects that could allow us to penetrate foreign markets. We would like to know what aspects of our product could be the most attractive, what kind of local stakeholders could be of interest and maybe even determine the economic logic in these new markets.

COMPANY BACKGROUND

NoNoNo is a consumer advocacy startup. We are building a platform that brings together consumers and brands to resolve complaints. What makes us different from others is that we provide Brands a fair opportunity to respond and fix customer complaints. The customer is then the only one able to rate the outcome of the resolution. We are in the public Beta stage, currently focused 100% in the US market with household names such as Costco, Kroger, Houzz and Williams-Sonoma using our service.

 

THE CHALLENGE

Our complaint resolution platform has had success getting off of the ground, but we continue our efforts in order to become a established name. We need to engage our customers to use our platform instead of email for communication as well as receiving reviews after the resolution process. We also need to ramp up our social media efforts in order to make No No No more attractive to brand and similarly engage more users.

TALENTS

We are looking for someone who can be a type of "community manager". Someone with great English skills, who has a passion for great customer experience and preferably has experience working in customer service.
